Plants vs Zombies Mod

Introduction:

This is another version of the Plants Vs Zombies Mod made by jmayoman. While his mod was geared towards the plants vs zombies universe/battlefield taking place in Minecraft, this mod utilizes the plants from the Plant-iverse to defend you and your home.

Sunflower

Description: Sunflowers are essential for you to produce extra sun. Try planting as many as you can!

Health: 3 hearts

Pea Shooter

Description: Pea Shooters are your first line of defense. They shoot peas at attacking hostile enemies

Health: 3 hearts

Snow Pea

Description: Snow Peas shoot frozen peas that damage and slow the enemy

Health: 3 hearts

Repeater

Description: Repeaters fire two peas at a time

Health: 5 hearts

Three-Peater

Description: Three-Peaters shoot 3 peas at their target

Health: 3 hearts

Puff-shroom

• Description: Shoots Shroom Pods at enemies at night.


• Health: 1/2 BasicHealth


• Drops: 1 Shroom Pod

Scaredy-shroom

• Description: Shoots Shroom Pods at enemies at night.


• Health: BasicHealth


• Drops: 2 Shroom Pod

Fume-shroom

• Description: Shoots 1-6 Shroom Pods at enemies at night.

Damage; About 1 heart of damage, 2 against the Undead

Special; Slows down target

(Where the GoldenApple is a SNOWBALL)

When you use this item, you will spawn the Snow Pod Projectile

Chlorophyll

Used to create a Chlorophyll Bowl

Craft: Can be crafted from anything below:

Sunlight

Allows you to craft seeds for your plants

When you use this item, you will spawn the Sunlight Projectile

This can be gotten from Chlorophyll Bowls or craft directly from chlorophyll

Sunflower Seed

Placed on Tilled Field to grow a Sunflower Crop

Can be bought from a Box of Seeds

Pea Shooter Seed

Placed on Tilled Field to grow a Pea Shooter Crop

Can be bought from a Box of Seeds

Snow Pea Seed

Placed on Tilled Field to grow a Snow Pea Crop

Can be bought from a Box of Seeds

Repeater Seed

Placed on Tilled Field to grow a Repeater Crop

Craft: 1 sunlight and 1 block of dirt

Chlorophyll Bowl

Creates Sunlight

Craft: 4 chlorophyll and 1 wooden bowl, as shown below







Box of Seeds

When clicked, the Box of Seeds will open a gui where you can exchange sunlight for plant seeds.

Craft: Surround a chest with 8 chlorophyll

To get Chlorophyll:

Craft any of the Item listed above (in the chlorophyll area) in a crafting bench to get their yield of chlorophyll

To get a Chlorophyll Bowl:

Craft as shown above

Place a Chlorophyll Bowl and about every 5 minutes(can be changed in the config), it will produce one sunlight. Interact with the Bowl to get all the sunlight it contains. Can also act as a chest

To get Sunlight:

You can use ‘Sunlight’ to throw a sunlight projectile.

You exchange these for plant seeds.

After crafting yourself a Box of Seeds, you can click on the block to open a guy. Here you can exchange your sunlight for seeds.

You can plant these seeds on Tilled Field and grow them like all other crops. Once grown, you can harvest them for their corresponding plants.

Place these plant items on any Endowed Grass Block and you will spawn a corresponding plant!!!

To get Endowed Grass:

Put 1 ‘Sunlight’ Item and 1 ‘Dirt’ Block into any slot in the crafting bench.

How to install:

• Download and install Minecraft Forge.


• Download the mod.


• Go to %appdata%.


• Go to .minecraft/mods folder.


• Drag and drop the downloaded jar (zip) file into it.


• If one does not exist you can create one.


• Enjoy the mod.
