HealPLOS Plugin 1.7.4

Description

HealPLOS is a simple plugin, When you do /heal or /h it will heal you, if you do /heal or /h PlayerNameHere it will heal that player.

This plugin was designed for my network which has all custom plugins(So NO essentials) and I just decided to release it on here incase anybody else wanted to use it.

Features

/heal or /h to heal a player.

Sets you off fire if you are on fire

Ability to take health away from players.

Permissions.

Problems?

Check you have Java 7 installed on the computer which is hosting the server!
